POSITION OVERVIEW
CAZA Collective is recruiting on behalf of an established luxury jewelry retailer located in New York, NY.
We are seeking an experienced Fine Jewelry Sales Specialist who thrives in a relationship-driven luxury environment and is passionate about building long-term client relationships. This opportunity is ideal for a polished sales professional who views retail as a profession, enjoys developing a personal book of business, and is motivated by performance-based earnings rather than title progression.
This is not a traditional luxury retail environment. The culture is entrepreneurial, collaborative, fast-paced, and client-focused. The team describes the atmosphere as "luxury without pretension" and is seeking someone who can become a long-term top producer while contributing positively to the broader team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through consultative selling and relationship building.
- Guide clients through engagement ring, bridal, fine jewelry, and custom jewelry purchases.
- Build and maintain a personal book of business through proactive outreach, follow-up, referrals, and clienteling.
- Develop meaningful relationships that generate repeat business and long-term client loyalty.
- Confidently present and sell both high-ticket luxury jewelry and everyday fine jewelry purchases.
- Work with clients across a broad range of transactions, from special occasion purchases to significant luxury investments.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships, appointments, sales opportunities, and follow-up activities.
- Partner closely with colleagues to support store-wide goals and deliver a seamless client experience.
- Participate in events, networking opportunities, and community engagement efforts that support business growth.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across diamonds, bridal, gemstones, custom jewelry, and fine jewelry collections.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of luxury retail, fine jewelry, bridal, or high-end clienteling experience.
- Proven ability to sell luxury products and develop long-term client relationships.
- Experience working with affluent clientele in a consultative sales environment.
- Strong understanding of clienteling, relationship management, and follow-up best practices.
- Ability to confidently present and sell high-ticket luxury merchandise.
- Professional, mature, and accountable approach to sales and client service.
- Naturally curious, engaging, and personable communication style.
- Resilience and a growth mindset with the ability to learn from challenges and setbacks.
- Strong team orientation and willingness to contribute to the success of the entire store.
- Experience working within independent or family-owned luxury businesses is highly valued.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and client management tools.
COMPENSATION
- Base salary of approximately $70,000 - $75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Uncapped commission structure.
- High-performing candidates may be considered for enhanced commission opportunities.
- Top performers have the potential to earn well into six figures through a combination of base salary and commission.

SCHEDULE
- Full-time onsite position located in New York, NY.
- Store operates seven days per week.
- Store Hours:
- Monday-Friday 11:00am -7:00pm
- Saturday 11:00am -6:00pm
- Sunday 12:00pm – 6:00pm
- Candidates must be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
