Description

Camp Walden is a traditional girls' overnight summer camp in Denmark, Maine with a Metal Jewelry Program that includes working with silver and copper. We are looking for a jewelry artist to join our Art Department and work with our campers to create beautiful metal jewelry.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be able to teach basic jewelry making; enameling, soldering, cutting, drilling, sawing, filing, sanding and finishing.  This is a perfect opportunity for a metal jewelry artist who wants to gain some teaching experience, have 24-hour access to a studio, and spend the summer as part of an amazing camp community on a lake in Maine.
